Cancelation & Refund policy

At "rooted", we are committed to providing a supportive and effective experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs as much as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and adjust our schedule accordingly.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for sessions that are canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. If you have prepaid for multiple sessions, you can request a refund for the remaining sessions not yet used, provided the cancellation is made with sufficient notice.

Non-Refundable Fees: The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • No-show appointments.

  • Completed sessions.


Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at anna@example.com or (123) 456-7890. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request.

Package and Program Refunds

Coaching Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to discontinue, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used, provided the cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled session.

Special Programs and Workshops: Refund policies for special programs, workshops, and events may vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

Commitment to Quality: We are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching services. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please let us know immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution, which may include rescheduling the session or offering additional support.
